Pay, Diversity and Retention at The Post

Explore the Data

One of the Guild's primary motivations for publishing employee pay data is empowering our members to use the information they find in the report to advocate for themselves and their colleagues. Pay transparency empowers workers — so we built an interactive that allows Post employees to further explore pay in their corner of the company.

How to read these charts

These charts represent employee salaries in the middle 50% range. Each chart shows the median salary for the group. Charts for groups with seven or more members also show the 25th and 75th percentile salaries.

Example group
100 employees

The scale shown in gray is for reference only and is not based on minimum or maximum pay.

Because these charts show the middle 50% of salaries, it's important to note that half of the employees in each group earn more or less than the range shown. The charts also don't show salaries for non-Guild-covered employees or for groups with fewer than five people.

Using the filters below, you can find visualizations for employee salaries grouped by race, age and gender. They are organized by department, and when applicable, by desk.

Groups with fewer than five members are not shown.
